Using the example of a smart island
The citizens of this island are smart.
They want to overcome the coming pandemic with solidarity and intelligence, in contrast to the mainland, where there are clearly problems.
For the sake of the children, the adults agree to do something special together:
Starting on a specified date, citizens will act as responsibly as possible for eight days to prevent infection.
(Because working together to prevent infections not only has twice the effect, but many times!)
However, every participating adult is bound to act responsibly: anyone who becomes infected within these 8 days must perform 3 days of work for the sports club.
However, in order to exclude accidents in solidarity, all club activities are canceled if the infection rate falls below the specified target.
And to prove that they have not been infected for 8 days, each participant performs a video-documented self-test on their cell phone at the end of the 8 days.
But because the joint action was so good, the work for the sports club is waived for everyone.
Then all participants receive a certificate of appreciation for their valuable contributions.
But the greatest gift is that the children weren't under so much stress, and now they have many weeks of relaxed living ahead of them until another 8 days like this are necessary. :)
And this island could, of course, also be the entire nation one day. :)
